Challenge
Funlab faced challenges in streamlining their RSVP process for events, including the need to effectively communicate with leads through a custom Cloud Page. They required an automated solution to request RSVPs from guests while simultaneously providing a user-friendly signup page. Additionally, they needed a custom Cloud Page to display a dynamic list of guests who had submitted their RSVPs, ensuring transparency and better event management.
What We Did
Xenai Digital developed a tailored Marketing Cloud page designed to streamline event RSVPs and grow the Funlab database. The page integrates seamlessly with Salesforce CRM and triggers a personalised journey through email and/or SMS, providing a unique URL for guests. This single-step journey collects RSVPs from party attendees and encourages new sign-ups for the FUNLAB newsletter. Additionally, we created a custom cloud page that displays the list of confirmed guests, which can be added to a specific email campaign. A journey was also designed to send the Party Host a detailed report showing who has RSVP’d, maximising engagement and expanding the guest database for future events.
How It Solved Their Problem
This solution effectively addressed Funlab’s need to streamline event management and grow its guest database. By integrating the RSVP process with Salesforce CRM, Xenai Digital eliminated manual data entry and ensured accurate guest tracking. The custom cloud page not only gathered RSVPs but also encouraged newsletter sign-ups, boosting future engagement. With the added functionality of sending RSVP details directly to the Party Host, Funlab gained real-time visibility into guest participation. Overall, this solution enhanced event efficiency, expanded their known guest list, and facilitated targeted communication for future events and marketing efforts.
