Challenge
Suburban Land Agency faced significant challenges with unreliable data synchronisation between their CRM and existing systems, leading to inconsistencies and inefficiencies. Their marketing automation capabilities were limited by the constraints of their current platforms, hindering their ability to execute targeted and effective campaigns. Additionally, operating within a shared tenancy required the use of multiple custom objects, further complicating system integration and management.
What We Did
Xenai Digital addressed the client’s challenges by implementing Marketing Cloud on Hyperforce, ensuring data residency within Australia for compliance and security. We integrated the solution across three CRM sandboxes prior to production, ensuring seamless functionality and reliability. Additionally, we developed three customised preference pages fully integrated with Salesforce CRM to enhance user engagement and data management. To further support their marketing efforts, we created three tailored customer journeys, enabling targeted and effective automation.
How It Solved Their Problem
The solution ensured Salesforce CRM became the single source of truth for all email campaign data, with unsubscribes seamlessly synced from Marketing Cloud, improving data accuracy and consistency. The synchronisation between their CRM and Marketing Cloud now ensures that preferences and other critical information are always up-to-date, allowing them to send emails with greater confidence. Additionally, automating processes through Journey Builder significantly reduced manual work, streamlining campaign management and enhancing efficiency.
